Sorry for the title, couldn't come up with something.
Nothing special.
I wanted to something to do, but I didn't have that much time. It still took longer than I thought, but it kept me occupied.
I still have more I want to make, but I have to find the time.

I recommend you to use the Pen Tool more often, and use the layer blending options more often.
Pen tool for more precision since you can create an accurate path with it.
Layer Blending Options ( Overlay, Lighten, Multiply, Color , etc .. ) To make it look like its one with the skin, not glued over it.
as for the make up, use the brush tool, blur then soft light ( using Layer Blending Options ) and reduce the opacity of the layer to 50 percent, or as you see fit.
The steps above will improve, and apply a much more realistic aspect to your work.
